Over the years, I created and expanded the brand identity across various products and services, both online and offline.

 

By the end of the five years, I was primarily managing stakeholders and external partners for several marketing activities across multiple channels — digital, print, radio, TV, and events — guided by my creative direction and based on my design system.

 

I joined Banca Sistema right after its foundation in 2011, when it was a newly established commercial bank headquartered in Milan, Italy. Starting with fewer than 50 employees, the company initially focused on factoring.

 

Over the years, it expanded its offerings to include a comprehensive range of financial products from B2B to B2C.

 

Being part of its growth into a dynamic organization of over 500 employees taught me to adapt quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Among my responsibilities was the curation of a non-profit art project.
